Allergen Information
Small Beer Ltd takes its responsibilities seriously and as such, we have a robust and complete list of all the allergens that may appear in any product we supply to our customers. This is kept on file at head office and is available on request at any time. Please ask any of our sales or telesales staff if you require this information when placing an order and we will gladly supply this to you either over the phone, by post or by email.
We have also listed below some basic guidelines on product categories we stock. This is meant as a guide for you and your customers only. It is not comprehensive and is not sufficient to fulfil all your legal responsibilities to your customers, but it can help you formulate your policy.
We would also urge you to check all container labels as many suppliers already give this information on their labels, particularly on pre-packaged products. It is also worth noting that where sulphites may be present, they only have to be legally declared if their volume is greater than 10mg/litre.
